The comments on this article are what I’d expect, a bunch of ignorant people who aren’t fans of the sport, bashing a guy or making jokes because they saw marijuana in the title.  Nick Diaz is easily one of the best WW’s on the planet.  But the guy has anxiety and smokes pot to deal with it.  People want to claim marijuana is a PED (those people are f****** morons), they’re wrong.  Yeah it’s banned by the rules, and yeah he got what he deserved for breaking it.  But if anyone out there even remotely thinks pot is a performance enhancer, well you’re one stupid f***.

That being said, Diaz won rounds 1, 2, and 5.  Go do some research, 24 other MMA fighters all scored the bout for Diaz.  Meanwhile something like 10 scored it for Condit.  Diaz got cheated, and now he’s f***** himself for a year, that’s what you can take away from this article.

Or keep making Afroman jokes because your age demographic still finds them funny.

What I take away is that Diaz is a moron. I don’t care why he smokes but he and every other fighter knows they get tested after they fight.  There are prescribed medications he can get for his anxiety so don’t act like he deserves sympathy. I don’t see any posts where someone calls pot a PED. Judges score cards are opinions plain and simple. Those 24 other MMA fighters were giving their opinions as well just like you.
