Herschel Walker’s Opponent At Strikeforce Miami Is Official

Strikeforce has made some official updates to the Strikeforce: Miami fight card which is slated for January 30, 2010 and will feature former NFL superstar Hershel Walker and former WWE superstar Bobby Lashley live on Showtime. Fight fans have known for months that both these celebrities would be making their Strikeforce debut this month, but their scheduled opponents were simply rumors until yesterday.

Herschel Walker (0-0-0) is set to make his mixed martial arts debut against Greg Nagy (1-1-0) who is nearly half Walker’s age yet has more experience inside the cage. Along with this bout it was also reported that Bobby Lashley (4-1-0) will be fighting for the first time under the Strikeforce banner against Yohan Banks (2-1-0) who is undefeated in his two previous Strikeforce appearances.
