Floyd Mayweather And Shane Mosely Tussle For Press (VIDEO)

Floyd Mayweather And Shane Mosely Tussle For Press (VIDEO)

Fight Hype was on-hand at a pre-fight press conference for the upcoming super fight between boxing champions Floyd ‘Money’ Mayweather and ‘Sugar’ Shane Mosely (46-5-0) which turned into a melee that the magazine managed to capture on video. The tape shows both fighters stepping to one another during the introductions and exchanging a few shoves along with some choice words. After the entourage accompanying each camp took the stage to break up the mild exchange, Mayweather had this to say about the incident:

“Our noses touched, I don’t like nothing but the ladies. I don’t mind the trash talking but he grabbed my hands. I said, ‘Don’t put your hands on me.’ I pushed him away.”

Overall it was pretty tame as far as press conference scuffles go, especially when compared to some of Mike Tyson’s fine media work who to this day remains the all-time undisputed champion of pre-fight mayhem. Check out press conference confrontations past and present in the videos below to see just how far boxing has fallen:
